have encountered. Brad and Sandy are ethical, down to earth
people who you can relate to and who will relate to you. Your

As non-residents of the Tucson area,
having Sandy and Brad build our home was very stress free for
us. We have heard how stressful building a home can be for
couples; our experience was just the opposite. Even though the
quality of the work in our home was outstanding, I believe their
best qualities can be reflected by the following: they are
hard-working, very caring about their clients, skilled in their
profession and above all, honest. They always answered our
questions directly and in a timely fashion. During our 18 month
building phase, none of the quotes we originally were given
increased in price. I cannot think of any other better
qualities a builder could have than what we experienced with
Bauer Homes. Now that our home is finished, they have become
some of our best friends.
